At Schindler, we invest in training and young talents.

On 20th May 2022, Schindler Vietnam successfully organized The Career Talks of Apprenticeship Program at Cao Thang Technical College. The workshop attracted more than 100 students and teachers, with participation of SVN’s representatives from Technical Training and HR department. During the event, we received a lot of questions from the students with their excitement for future work at Schindler Vietnam.

Schindler Vietnam is proud to be one of the first pioneers in vocational training program in elevators, escalators and moving walks in Vietnam. In commitment to provide safe and reliable travel in buildings, we ensure our people being trained professionally. For 7 years of partnership with Cao Thang Technical College, The Schindler Apprenticeship Program has successfully provided nearly 50% of skilled technicians of Schindler Vietnam, enhancing high-standard workforce in Vietnam’s lift industry every year.

We would like to express our appreciation to Cao Thang Technical College, our partner in this apprenticeship program, for supporting us in the journey to build up the next technical generation.
